2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.

3. Description of Service

The Platform may include:

  • User authentication via Google OAuth;
  • Google Calendar integration for syncing events;
  • Google Ads for marketing and remarketing purposes;
  • Property management and CRM tools;
  • Work order and maintenance systems;
  • Vendor, tenant, manager, and broker functionality;
  • Internal scheduling and messaging tools.

4. Google OAuth Login

When you sign in with Google, we receive only the data included in the OAuth scopes you approve, such as your name, email address, profile image, or other necessary information. This information is used solely for authentication, account creation, and Platform functionality.

5. Google Calendar API

If you grant access to Google Calendar, we may view, create, or modify events strictly for the purpose of synchronizing your internal InSynergy calendar. We do not share your calendar data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting into SMS notifications, you consent to receive messages regarding scheduling, work order updates, verification, and system alerts. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload malicious code;
  • scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform;
  • access unauthorized data;
  • use the Platform for illegal or abusive activities;
  • interfere with system operations or networks.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Ads, Google Calendar API, SMS gateways, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, or data practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
